Punkin Ruckin'
The mission:
Distance: 3.1 Miles (5K)
Must carry a “punkin.”
Costumes highly encouraged
Ruckers, ruck (carry weight, your preference)
Runners, run (do not carry any weight)
Exercises:
31 Monster Stomps (Walk like Farnkinsteins’ Monster with arms out but holding your punkin. Raise those knees high as you move forward. This counts toward your overall distance)
31 Squats/Presses (Bodyweight Squats with Military Press. Press that punkin up!)
31 Flutter Kicks (holding punkin up without locking elbows)
31 Pumpkin Tosses (partner up!)
31 Lunges (with punkin)
Suggested: Do it as a group, all at once along the route.
